Nathalie A. Dibo is the Founder and Managing Partner of Dibo Law, LLC, where she leads a team of attorneys focused on business litigation, real estate and business law, and estate planning and probate. Her legal practice centers on construction and business litigation, as well as employment defense. She advises both for-profit and non-profit organizations on matters involving real estate, corporate governance, and employment law.
Nathalie has significant experience handling commercial disputes and complex litigation. She has served as outside general counsel, offering detailed analysis and strategic support. Nathalie earned her Juris Doctor from Cleveland State College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts from John Carroll University. She is a graduate of the Urban Land Institute’s Real Estate Diversity Initiative, enhancing her real estate and development knowledge. As a native Arabic speaker, she uses her dual-language skills to serve a broader client base effectively.
Having immigrated to the United States at a young age, Nathalie possesses a strong work ethic forged through resilience and determination. Her journey has shaped her view of challenges as stepping stones to success, fostering a deep commitment to justice and advocacy. This unique perspective not only enhances her ability to relate to clients, but also fuels her unwavering dedication to achieving the best possible outcomes in every case. Nathalie currently serves as President of the Arab American Bar Association of Ohio and as a Magistrate for the Garfield Heights Municipal Court. She is also a member of the Ohio Association of Magistrates. Outside of work, Nathalie and her husband are avid Cleveland sports fans and proud Foundation Members of the Cleveland Cavaliers.
Mary N. Hanna is Senior Counsel at Dibo Law, LLC with legal experience spanning employment law, real estate, business and non-profit law and estate planning. immigration law, estate planning, landlord-tenant law, real estate, and business and nonprofit law. Mary serves as a magistrate in Cleveland Heights Municipal Court, the Brecksville Mayors Court and brings this unique perspective to her client matters, improving the advice and strategy she can provide, and values the challenges they are facing.
She earned her J.D. from the University of Akron School of Law and holds a degree from Youngstown State University. A member of the Ohio Bar, Mary is fluent in Arabic and actively involved in the legal and broader community through the Ohio Association of Magistrates, Hope Across Nations, and as a volunteer judge for high school mock trial competitions.
Outside of her legal practice, Mary is a dedicated mother of two boys who enjoys swimming, jogging, and is passionate about traveling.
Scott H. Schooler is of Counsel with Dibo Law, focusing on real estate law, landlord-tenant disputes, and estate and probate matters. With over three decades of litigation experience, he has handled zoning, eminent domain, contract disputes, civil rights, and employment defense cases in state and federal courts, including the Ohio Supreme Court and the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals.
Scott holds a J.D. from Case Western Reserve University, an M.S. in Urban Studies from Cleveland State University, and a B.A. in Journalism and Urban Design from New York University. A lifelong Clevelander and dedicated Guardians fan, he enjoys spending time outdoors with his dog in the city’s Metroparks.
Kyle D. Dunnell is an Associate Attorney at Dibo Law, LLC, focusing on business litigation, employment defense, and estate probate.
He earned his Juris Doctorate from Case Western Reserve University School of Law and holds a B.A. in Political Science from Cleveland State University. He was an early member of the Disability Law Society, where he served as Community Service Coordinator. He continues to stay engaged in community service through volunteer work with the Parma Animal Shelter and the Northeast Ohio Coalition for the Homeless.
Kyle was inspired to pursue a career in law by his mother – a nurse – and his father – a Parma Heights police officer – who instilled a deep commitment to helping others. A proud Cleveland native, Kyle is passionate about supporting his hometown and his younger sister. In his spare time, he enjoys reading science and literary fiction, as well as political nonfiction.
Miriam Kobella is an Associate at Dibo Law and is also licensed to practice law in Mexico. She has a strong international and multidisciplinary background, handling estate planning and probate, real estate, contracts and family law. In the U.S., she gained valuable litigation experience as a Paralegal, supporting toxic tort matters.
Miriam holds a Master of Law from Cleveland State University and a Bachelors of Law from Universidad de Sotavento, along with degrees in communication, business, and accounting. She is fluent in English and Spanish, with intermediate proficiency in Portuguese.
Miriam is passionate about helping people. She and her husband – a native Clevelander – love to hike and travel, with a goal of visiting all the US national parks. She believes that hiking helps her see things from different perspectives, which empowers her in problem solving with clients.
Nicole Benner is the Executive Assistant to the Managing Partner at Dibo Law, LLC. A graduate of The Ohio State University, she has over ten years of experience in sales, business management, and organizational development, focusing on executive leadership and company culture.
Nicole enjoys traveling with her husband Andrew and their Children Leti and Roman and values time with family and friends.
With more than 30 years of professional experience, Jenn Ettorre has built a career grounded in business development, administrative excellence, program management, and community-focused service. Her work spans the legal field, affordable housing, energy efficiency, and community development —supporting initiatives that create more equitable, sustainable, and thriving neighborhoods. Throughout her career, she has provided strategic business and administrative support and led program operations for businesses and organizations committed to improving quality of life through access to legal services, affordable housing and energy-efficient solutions. Her strengths lie in coordinating complex projects, building partnerships, and ensuring that both internal teams and the communities served are supported every step of the way. In addition to her professional career, she is a dedicated Reiki practitioner, offering holistic practices that promote balance and well-being. A lifelong Clevelander, she is proud to raise a family here, surrounded by a broad and diverse community — and a happy dog to keep life joyful and lighthearted.
Gillian E. Hall is Of Counsel with Dibo Law. She brings a wealth of real estate experience having successfully led multimillion-dollar real estate and corporate transactions in house at the c-suite level. With extensive experience navigating various municipal regulations, Gillian is well-versed in zoning and land use laws. She has worked closely with both city officials and architects to effectively resolve open issues, facilitating smoother real estate transactions. Additionally, Gillian has managed due diligence and real estate closings, ensuring that all details are meticulously handled for a seamless transition of property ownership.
Her comprehensive advisory services encompass entity formation, restructuring, and negotiating contracts and financing that are tailored to foster growth and mitigate risk. Gillian’s tenure of corporate work reflects not only her legal acumen but also her proven leadership and ability to align business strategy with legal and regulatory frameworks.
Gillian launched her legal career in the domestic relations field, where she handled a variety of family law matters including divorce, annulments, guardianships, and adoptions. This foundation equipped her with the skills to provide effective representation for clients navigating significant life changes.
Raised in the West Park neighborhood, Gillian has lived in Cleveland her whole life aside from her time at The Ohio State University and Detroit Mercy School of Law.
